About the event
After a long, harsh winter, it’s time to get outside and enjoy some well-earned nice weather! Join us Saturday, June 27 from 12–4 PM at Willow Bay Pavilion in Onondaga Lake Park for a relaxed, family-friendly BBQ fundraiser by the lake. Admission is free and the event is open to the public.
Enjoy delicious BBQ from Big Awesome BBQ and enjoy live music throughout the afternoon. There will also be games, prizes, and Whispering Woods merchandise available for purchase. A portion of Proceeds from Big Awesome BBQ will be donated to Whispering Woods! All other proceeds go directly to Whispering Woods to continue funding medical care, food, and shelter for the rehabilitation of sick, injured, and orphaned wildlife as well as help support Canine Recovery.
Gather your friends and your appetite, soak up the nice weather, and lakeside views while supporting a great cause! Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome.
